Full cone nozzles, also called solid cone nozzle, produce a solid conical spray with uniform droplet distribution under pressure. The droplet size of the full cone nozzle is medium to large, which is suitable for spray applications that require uniform coverage of an area.
In terms of the spray direction, there are two main types of full cone nozzles: axial and tangential (right angle) full cone nozzles. In terms of principle, there are spiral full cone, full cone with swirl core, full cone without swirl core and cluster full cone nozzles.
Full cone nozzles have a wide range of applications, including cooling, surface treatment, lubrication, quenching, washing , and fire protection. DDL’s full cone nozzles have been widely used in electronics, chemicals, environmental protection, steel, automobile and other industrial production fields, playing an extremely important role in improving product quality and production efficiency.
